Sourdough Bread Making Workshop

$95.00

Learn the joy of sourdough bread baking in this hands-on workshop! This class is geared towards beginners and will guide you through the fundamentals of working with yeast to create delicious, naturally leavened bread. This three-hour experience blends education, connection, and fun! Think wine, charcuterie, and the simple joy of creating something beautiful from scratch.

During this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the foundations of sourdough in a way that feels clear, engaging, and easy to understand. We’ll walk step-by-step through the process; from feeding and understanding your starter to mixing, folding, and incorporating flavor inclusions. You’ll gain confidence in the science behind fermentation while enjoying a relaxed, girls’-night atmosphere in one of the most beautiful settings around.

Each guest will leave with everything needed to confidently bake at home:

  • A live sourdough starter in your own starter jar (that you feed and build yourself)

  • A fully mixed loaf of sourdough dough, ready to rise overnight and bake the next morning

  • A proofing basket (banneton)

  • A bread scoring tool (lame)

  • An apron

  • Printed starter care instructions and foundational sourdough recipe
