Orders placed on our website will display the current shipping costs when you checkout.

How Do We Ship

Orders placed for both US and International are sent via USPS. You can select your shipping method at checkout (ground/priority, etc). We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed will typically ship within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Shipping carriers sometimes experience delays depending on the time of year and other variables. We will work fulfill your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery times.

  • Rate will be calculated during check out. When checking out, please enter your zip code for the shipping to calculate. Shipping charges vary by region of the country, as well as size and weight of the package.

  • You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. It may take up to 24 hours from when you receive your tracking information for your order to be scanned by the shipping carrier.

  • Unfortunately, due to restrictions on the export of plant materials, we do not ship fresh cut flowers, seeds, plants, or dahlia tubers outside of the United States at this time; however, we do offer international shipping for our book, Small Farm, Big Dreams.

  • We encourage you to utilize the tracking feature in your order shipment email to track your package and contact your local delivery station or driver. We cannot provide you with any more information other than contacting the carrier directly or by tracking the package online. Of course, if your shipment is missing (more than 7 days after the promised delivery date) and not just delayed, please contact us at pepperharrowfarm@gmail.com and we will take care of you.

COMBINING ORDERS

Once an order is placed, it is immediately placed into our order shipping queue. Unfortunately, because of our small staff and the volume of orders we are processing, we are unable to combine separately placed orders or modify an order once it’s been placed.

ADDING OR REMOVING ITEMS FROM AN ORDER

Because we cannot access your credit card information, we are unable to modify your order after it has been placed.

CANCELING AN ORDER

If you need to cancel your entire order, please contact us via email within 24 hours with your order number. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email. Please note: we are unable to cancel or remove individual items from your order.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

  • Please read the sections below for specific return policies for each product type.

  • The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.

  • To submit a return, please contact us by email at pepperharrowfarm@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number, and list of item(s) you would like to return.

  • Returns are accepted for non-perishable items (i.e., books, lavender products, shirts) within 14 days of the receipt of your order. Items must be unused and packaging unopened. An original receipt or gift receipt is required.

    The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

    Original shipping charges are not refundable.

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase and deliver only top-quality wreaths to our customers.

    Please find details regarding wreath care instructions hereWe do not accept returns for wreaths.

    Due to the perishable nature of our wreaths, there are NO REFUNDS if an alternative ship date is requested after purchase.

    All claims for damage to perishable items must be made within 8 hours of receiving the order.

    To submit a refund request, please contact us by email at pepperharrowfarm@gmail.com. Include your name, order number,nand any photos/videos you have of the wreath and/or damage to packaging. No credits will be issued without photographs or video of the flowers or wreath, box or packaging damage.

  • If your seeds do not perform after following our seed starting instructions, please contact us immediately and we will send you replacement seeds if available, or issue a refund the purchase price. This guarantee is limited to the purchase price of the seed only; shipping costs are non-refundable. PepperHarrow is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from crop failure. Reports must be made within 2 weeks of discovering the problem and within 1 year of purchase.

  • If items are damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect order, please contact us and we will replace them.

    Due to the custom nature, our tools, supplies, and books are non-refundable unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • We guarantee that our dahlia tubers will be shipped out in a healthy and growth-ready condition with a visible eye. However, if your tubers suffer damage or breakage during shipping, we request that you send us a photo of the damage and notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Anything reported past this timeframe will not be considered for refund or replacement.

    Depending on the availability of stock, we will either offer a replacement plant or a refund.

    We actively practice “when in doubt, throw it out” for any plants that looked suspicious of disease during the growing season, or tubers that looked suspicious during dahlia tuber dividing. However, if you have reason to believe that a virus is present and wish to request a refund, we kindly ask that you furnish us with evidence of a positive virus test result within 30 days of receiving your plant.

    We do not refunds for poor tuber production from our dahlia tubers. Tuber production will vary from variety to variety and will also be dependent on weather and other growing conditions.

    Our dahlia tubers will be sent out true to variety. Although, periodically mistakes can be made. If you suspect a mislabel, please contact us via email and send a photo and order number so that we may address your issue. A refund or replacement may be made.

  • If a digital course booking is cancelled within 14 calendar days of receiving an order confirmation and before the start of the course, without providing any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid. However, if a digital course if entered, viewed or completed, a refund is not available for any reason.

GIFT CARD REDEMPTION

Gift cards purchased from the through the PepperHarrow website can be redeemed online only in the “Gift card or discount code” field at checkout. They cannot be redeemed in person at our onsite farm shop, nor at farmer’s market.

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

Tracking information is emailed once your package ships. You can find the most up-to-date information by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email. Shipping carriers experience delays depending on the time of year or other circumstances. We will fulfill your order as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee delivery times. In the event that your package appears to be missing or lost, please first contact your local carrier for a status and if you need further assistance, please email us.

RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT OR MISSING A PRODUCT

If you received the wrong product or are missing a product from your order, please contact us via email to pepperharrowfarm@gmail.com and we will correct the error.

International Shipping

If you are placing an order from outside the United States, it is your responsibility to understand your country’s restrictions, duties, and any special requirements in order to receive imported goods. If your country restricts packages based on the value of the contents, you must ensure that each order you place is within this limit. If you wish to order products that exceed that value, you should place separate orders, each within the limit. PepperHarrow offers worldwide shipping of our book, lavender products and other hard goods.
