Dahlia Tuber Terms of Service

DAHLIA TUBER SHIPPING
TUBERS WILL SHIP IN APRIL ONCE ALL DANGER OF FREEZING HAS PASSED.

All tubers are sold as single Tubers (1), not in clumps. tuber sizes vary depending on variety, but we guarantee all dahlia tubers purchased from us will be shipped with at least one visible eye and will be true to variety.

Once orders have been placed, they will not be combined, nor product added.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All sales are first-come, first served. Once items are placed into the cart, they are not reserved. Items can be removed from the cart during checkout if an order is submitted before yours. We can not change how this works, so please be aware that this may occur.

PepperHarrow reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any time.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for poor growing conditions or Mother Nature.

***All shipments are inspected by the Iowa Dept. of Agriculture. All of our tubers are guaranteed to have an eye and to be viable upon shipping. Open your package immediately upon receiving and verify you are satisfied with the condition of the tubers and that you see an eye. If you are satisfied, the tubers will be 100% your responsibility at that point. Please be aware that we are not responsible for poor growing conditions or Mother Nature. If you feel you have received unsatisfactory tubers upon opening and inspecting the package, we will replace or refund. Please just send us an email to pepperharrowfarm@gmail.com (please not via social media) with your order number and photos of the tubers within a week of receiving and we will make sure the situation is remedied.

What if I'm not satisfied with my dahlia tubers I received?

***All of our tubers are guaranteed to have an eye and to be viable upon shipping. Open your package immediately upon receiving and verify you are happy with the condition of the tubers and that you see an eye. If you are satisfied, the tubers will be 100% your responsibility at this point. Please be aware that we are not responsible for poor growing conditions or Mother Nature. If you feel you have received unsatisfactory tubers upon opening and inspecting the package, we will replace or refund. You must send us an email with photos of the tubers within 1 week of receiving and we will make sure the situation is remedied.

When will the dahlias go live each year? 

Our goal is to have dahlias posted online by January 1st each year, but this may vary from year to year depending on availability and how quickly we are able to divide our dahlia stock.

Can I preorder before the list goes live?

Our Big Dreams members on Patreon will receive first access, followed by subscribers via our website. Access is generally given a day before our dahlia tuber & cutting shop goes online. An email with a code will be sent out with a code to access the tuber shop for early access.

Do you ship internationally?

Tubers are available for shipping within the US only.

Can I pick up my order?

On farm pick up is no longer an option unless we have previously arranged or communicated this with you.

Can I add onto my order?

Once an order is placed, the sale is final and there are no additions or modifications allowed.  If you would like to order additional tubers, you will have to place another order and they will be shipped separately.  Shipping charges will not be combined.

Do you offer wholesale prices?

We currently do not offer wholesale pricing for dahlia tubers and/or dahlia cuttings.

If I order other items, will they ship with the tubers?

If you order other items from our site, they will ship asap instead of shipping with your tubers.
